OOM: Cooking with Moist

Sep 10, 2010 23:20

Urquhart leads the way upstairs, to his room, and opens the door.

There are books stacked beside the divan now, and a long table with bowls and knives and fruit in basket.

"Bath first, or cooking first?"

"Difficult choices, bath, I think,"

With a fluid motion, his jacket is off and hung on the back of a chair.

"Yes, I think so too," Urquhart says, reaching out and wrapping his arms around Moist from behind. "It's probably better to avoid bruises, too."

"They're never enjoyable, but your bath doesn't create that many of them,"

Moist turns his head to kiss Urquhart and gently bite his earlobe,

"Though I could provide some if you'd like."

"Some of the bitey variety, huh?" Urquhart says, smiling. "No, I meant that the warm water will be good to make sure you won't turn black and blue where I fell on you just now."

"Oh, I know that, its lovely that way. Springs are good that way too."

"Oh yes," Urquhart says. "I always enjoyed those. Unfortunately, I doubt we can get the bar to install hot springs in my room, so we'll have to make do with a bath."

"She did put some in my room once,"

Moist starts unbuttons his shirt and when he pulls it loose, places Urquhart's hands on his skin.

Urquhart pulls him close again, to kiss him.

"I remember," he says. "We were all there. You got the slightly smelly waters of a proper hot spring. Perhaps I should try and talk to the tap?"

He lets go of Moist to undo his own shirt.

"It might work, though it does feel odd to be in a hot spring inside. I keep feeling like there should be snow somewhere,"

As Urquhart releases him, Moist turns to finish unbuttoning his shirt and moves closer tease Urquhart.

Urquhart comes closer and bends his head to kiss Moist's shoulder.

"I doubt we can get snow," he says.

"Oh, I don't mind it, no snow, no wolves,"

Moist starts to kiss Urquhart's neck as he gets both their shirts fully off.

"I like both," Urquhart says, "but then, I'm me."

And then, he says nothing for a bit, busy kissing Moist.

The kiss is good at keeping Moist quiet and he does like snow in the proper place.

"Bath now?" Urquhart suggests, after a while.

"Yes, I think so,"

Getting out of their pants might make things take rather longer, but the bath's not going anywhere.

Urquhart steps back again, and quickly steps out of his breeches.

"I'll run the water, and see what it does," he announces, walking to the pool stark naked. He bends down to turn the tap, and say, "Hot spring water, please!" feeling rather foolish.

...

He gets hot spring water, though.
