So I was all set to complain about the rain I just walked home in. On January 19. At midnight. In freakin' Russia. And it's raining.
Then I read the BBC: hurricane-force winds in Scotland and Germany. And the recent ice storms all across the U.S.
If all I get is rain, I'm starting to think it's maybe not such a bad deal...
