Don't do it. It's nasty. I don't eat meat anymore, except for chicken or fish and never cook veggies, 'ecpt brussels sprouts. Just thinking about beef makes me nauseous. Actually, a juicer is a good idea...I don't trust much of anything that comes from the market of late. You cant even trust the friggen cat food.

Yes red meat is grotesque. The thought of slaightering an animal for food disturbs me. I seen video clips on CNN concerning the abuse cows go through in and training elephants. It's an abomination. I just wish that steak, roast beef and hamburgers didn't taste so good to me.

And I did give in to my pizza the other night. The redeaming part was that I only got a plain LG pizza, which I shared with Rick and Sandy. I never orfer pizza with meats, pepperoni, sausage etc...Those toppings are specially produced for the commercial pizza business and are drenched with dyes, and everything else to ensure it lasts for month. Then I rode my stationary bike for 20 minutes as penance.
