You could have used this for the fff prompts. They share a bit of soul.
“Let’s say I like getting into other people’s brains - literally and figuratively. When I was a boy reading was the only time I felt safe.”
“The only place where I could breathe freely was in the hayloft of my father’s barn, where I could hide and keep the most important thing is from uninvited views: My books.” (Luciano Grimaldi, Respiratory Passages)
I love that they are getting to know each other.
But yet you do not give us al the information all at once. You keep us with a lot of unanswered questions.
But I do not mind waiting for the next piece of your great story. I am just glad that you want to share it with us.
I love there talk in here and I love how you write Luke, the Luke out the serie would start feeling insecure the moment Reid said no when he asked if they could talk about Liam.
I know I say this over and over to you but I can't help it, I love the way you write how they are thinking and feeling....but strangely I want to know more about this Reid, how he ticks and what that "strange" relationship is with Liath. I think part of this whole story is our narrow definition of "family" and how and family can be just a bunch of people who love and care for one another but are not necessarily related by blood. My crystal ball is still murky but I think it's a little clearer now my dear.
They slept on the beach, where they spent most of their time, they earned their living with busking, one of them was Jean Paul - he was really good, and he had this Pied Piper of Hamelin thing, it was hard to resist him, at least the girls and gay boys couldn’t -

I am exceedingly curious about Reid and Liath's relationship and how Katie fits into the picture.
I'm so glad that LuRe are getting to know each other and that they are connecting over their common concern for Ravi.
Another great chapter!

You know, I cling to that strange idea, that there are so many different ways to love...
