Well I figure it’s finally time for any update. I’m happy that everything went well for me the past month or so considering the luck I normally have. Zellers finally took the time to call me back so I now have a job! Yay for me and my income! It will come in handy for the coming months.
As for more recent events the first Cosplay.com photoshoot turned out A LOT better then I expected. At first the weather looked a bit iffy with clouds passing by and the fact that it was pretty cold. It seems like out of nowhere the temperature converted back to summer conditions and the sun took over which I was happy about. I think in Total we had 13 people include two photographers, Eric (Ikegami) and someone from YTV who never really introduced himself so I didn’t get a name.
I think that was the most fun I’ve had this month and the expressions on people’s faces and the kids that wanted their picture taken with us made it memorable ^ ^. I was surprised at the positive feedback we got from people considering it was a public park and that fact that we were indirectly interrupting a wedding photo session lol. We even had a few stalkers and some random people taking our pictures like the women at the café who said her kids will be thrilled to know their mom served anime characters XP
On the issue of stalkers I’d like to point out that ones at high park like to make themselves obvious. We even waved at this old guy, thinking that he’d move if we knew that he was watching us but nope, he kept looking around like the perverted old man he is. It’ one thing to stare and then ask but to stare for 20mins while we stared back was just creepy.
