Man Indited on Charges of Great Googly-Moogly

Dear diary,

It's been 10 days since my last post. I don't really know what I've been up to, but that is about the same time frame in which I got a Sega Dreamcast and twitcht6895 got out of classes for the summer. I've been having a little too much fun playing Tokyo Extreme Racer 2, something about driving around way too fast aimlessly, looking for other cars to race on the streets, no finish lines, and very realistic looking cars is just appealing to me. Over this past week, I've also not been paying as much attention to work as I should, I think I'm about 5 hours behind for the week, so I should probably go and start making that up pretty soon.

In other news, I had a great time hanging out and drinking Saké at zumusikgirl and hellakitty23's graduation party last weekend (congrajumalations). DJing at Static last weekend was moderately fun, though the turnout didn't seem to be as much as normal and I noticed that some of my CDs seem to be missing (Conjure One and Heavenly Voices). I picked up some books, including the humorously titled How to Travel with a Salmon by Umberto Eco and poetry by Anne Carson, Men in the Off Hours, a poet recommended to me by Evelyn. If my normal reading trend continues, it will probably be a few months before I actually start reading them though. I saw Van Helsing and Dawn of the Dead last night with Sheldon, Charmaine and twitcht6895 at the drive-in, the movies were OK, and I had a good time. I had never been to a drive-in movie before.
