(no subject)
so since this is the week before xmas and everything, i've been busy racing around shopping. for other people. and not for other people like what i'm going to give, i'm buying presents for people to give other people so they won't have to go to the mall. so far i've spent $583.74 on shit and i've gotten nothing done for me. everytime i try to sneak off and find some stuff on MY list, someone calls. then i have to go pick up a tape or go to the courthouse in brandon (i've been there three separate times since monday!), or go to the post office and pick up a package. which is great and all, and it's part of the job, but i REALLY need to get some shopping done. my whole plot of "buying nothing" isn't exactly planning out. i don't know any crafts.
maybe i'll get some shit done after lunch.
cindy went to meet her husband at sun koon. just the name alone scares me. i can't do chinese buffet. hordes of flu-ridden overweight honkies hovering around, waiting for a new mound of fried mystery nuggets? nah. although i would like some shrimp fried rice right now from peter's. ahh, hattiesburg...
scott turns 25 today. stephanie is in kentucky for her brother's graduation from boot camp, so he's home alone. i know me and patrick are taking him out for beverages after work. i want to go to babe's for one beer. haven't been in awhile. hmmmm...
we'll end up at fenian's, i'm sure. i think they should rap @ open mic tonight.

me and jen are doing great. she's rad. and she gives me space, so it's not too much. and she just moved into cappie's house around the corner. walking distance. it's a badass house, and cappie is going to san diego after the first for three weeks, and we're going to throw a party. so yeah, we're hanging out just about every day, and i like it. i think she's going to eat xmas dinner with my extended family. not sure if she's quite up for it, though. or maybe that's me.
tomorrow is dirty santa. i still don't have a gift. i'm going to get something at dwello this afternoon. they've got a cool clock for twenty bucks.
now the boredom sets in. noone's posted anything on friendster in awhile. maybe i'll remedy that...
