Although young Mr. Malfoy did indeed perform that detention, I still do not feel it was adequate to compensate for the horrific error in judgement he committed. This is the real question, Severus, and I am not convinced that there is anything he could do to rectify this situation. I truly do not feel he should remain a Prefect after doing such a revolting, dispicable thing. If you still disagree, perhaps we can try strip poker next?
