I'm home sick, coughing my head off. If this thing is going to knock me out, it's good that it's happening now.
Tons of promo kicking in. Adam Lambert conquers the known world:
I'm going to our school play tomorrow, a matinee performance at 2. For those who've been playing along, it will be my first trip back since I gave up the drama job. It took awhile, but I'm finally completely past it. In fact, being sick today and actually being able to stay home, reminds me once again of why I walked away. I would be looking at three shows in two days. No sick days allowed.
The financial situation in our district continues to devolve. The union rep is talking a 14% pay cut and 5 furlough days. I can't even think about it.
Off to eat a box of DayQuil and take a nap.
