sleater-kinney is breaking up, and their last show will be lallopalooza, cool that i'm going to their last, sad that its their last (though this really solves my sleater-kinney vs. violent femmes debate)
on the good news (for me front) Futurama has been picked up by comedy central for 13 new episodes
mary Jo offered me an intership with the rose sheet, divison of her paper for the summer...i should take it, i need a job and it looks better on a resume than a book store or bar, i just feel wierd about the nepotism thing...funny i will be working for a cosmetics and skin care trade publication - meaning lots of free products- don't you think this is wasted on me, sort of like how having mary jo as an older sister was wasted on me :)
