Not TOO much to update with today :P
I'm only work'n three days this wk- and the third is tomorrow- I have today off as usual, and i'm not working friday and saturday becuase of the cancer walk i'm going to as a chaperone for allie's team. Which means more sleeping in for jen- i get to sleep in not only today (only slept til 9ish but still managed like 10 hours of sleep) and friday and then my other day off sunday -sat morn'n may be a lil tough- see i refuse to give up josh time- i'd rather be tired with him then nap all day without him - and so the walk officially ends at 12 noon- meaning i'll get home shower and have josh pick me up :P and then sunday i get to sleep again before i see him that day- I don't know if i'll actually get any real sleep friday nite- cuz the other guy thats supposedly our other chaperone has been hav'n problems with the simplicity of getting in the paperwork, which i know from experience only takes bout 5 minutes to fill out. So, if he 'can't make it' for some reason- then i'll have to be on the coffee (yeah for honey dew supplying food and coffee lol) like all nite and maybe take a small nap at one point :P if i'm lucky
Also, today is Allie's birthday- Shes 17 (wow).
currently shes at a meeting for the cancer walk where shes turing in the money the team raised - she was at the mall earlier. my mom wanted to treat her to lunch and let her roam the mall with a friend for the afternoon (she got lucky and hada half day on her bday)
Anyways a freind of mine, gage, sent her a dozen and a half roses for her bday today- she hasn't seen them yet but they're here (i didn't realize that roses got delivered in boxes lol) But neways- i know she'll be all excited to get them when she gets home :)
*Yeah* I get to see Josh tonite- it seems these past two days have just DRAGGED so long....I even woke up yesterday think'n it was today :P
I saw josh online briefly monday nite, which almost never happens bcuz on the rare ocassion he is online its usually not the same time i'm able to get online :P, but neways- we had a nice but short convo, and i told him i already missed him a lot, and he said 'me too' *swoon*
*Giggles* Have i mentioned latly just how much I love that man *hehe*
Anyways, next wednesday i'll be opening my new savings account- well i might be able to friday- depends if my mom can bring me down to the bank that day before the cancer walk- I also have to put money in my checking account so i can pay a couple bills off and have them all set and taken care of. *yeah!*
And I have two free romance novels coming my way this month *woot*
Also, although i'm living at home- so i dont have to have this lil cloud making me feel i have to explain half the mail i get to my rents (esp my mom) Like when i order romance novels- i never do unless they are free or dirt cheap mind you- i was think'n bout getting my own po box- wouldn't be horrible- i'd just only be able to get my mail on saturdays until i have a car of my own is all- i'm gona think a lil more- its only 35 bucks for a year here (where as the one i had in bridgewater was 35 for six months) *sigh*
Well another thing- my fam was on the today show monday morn'n- it was my moms bday and so she wanted to be on the today show :) and she got on- the camera guy also took a picture of my mom, sis, and my dad all for them with my moms camera- i may post that later- But i was just glad my mom got her lil dream wkend, and got to wake up in manhatten on her bday and all. They went all over- got enough food to last us all a wk (we tend to like a bunch of NY food places) (esp krispy kreme, grays papayas, fluffys deli, hello deli, carnige, etc) anyways- i got to have my letterman sandwich for lunch today from them, and i have grays papayas for dinner tomorrow nite too *hehe*
