Hello there!
First of all I am sorry if this kind of request is not allowed there. I did not find anything stating it was forbidden, but you never know...
So, I'm a French fanfiction writer. I have written some Rose/Scorpius fics, and I was actually planning on translating some of them into English. As I am a first year student in English, it would be some kind of an exercise but with so much more fun than just university stuff, you see? However, the thing is, I am only a first year student and likely to make mistakes...
So I would like to know if anyone out there would be willing to be my beta-reader for one or several of these stories?
There are four of them
- Cinq fois où Rose Weasley fut ravie de désobéir à son père - five chapters - 7938 words
- Les Douze Coups de Minuit - one-shot - 1200 words
- A la Shakespeare - one-shot - 1012 words
- Le Lys et la Rose - one-shot - 1604 words (this one is actually based on a Scorpius/Lily, and Lily realizes her boyfriend and her cousin are in love even before they do. I plan on writing five companion pieces to this one)
I have only started translating Les Douze Coups de Minuit, so far I've translated a little more than half of it.
Anyway, if anyone is interested, thank you for your help!
