(no subject)
so, who wants to party this weekend? i am going out dancing fri. nite and i can't wait!!!! my cousins hubby is going to florida, so we are going out on the town. drink, dance, and flirt. i need that!
this weekend was fun. fri nite i hung out @ my cousins. we just chilled, drank wine, watched Providence and what ever else was on after. it was nice. we used to so it every fri nite, but since i met Matt it has been harder to do. she would kind of revolve around when her hubby wouldn't be around, and i always be open, b/c lets face it i wasn't doing anything. but now it's harder. anyway, i am glad we got to. i miss it.
sat nite matt and i met my dad for drinks @ brew moon in braintree for a little bit b/f going into boston. i love hanging out w/ my dad and having drinks. it's always so much fun. also, he has no idea he is getting a 60th b-day party sun and he wants a party, so he will be pleasantly suprised. but the 6 children (steps included) have a lot of responsibility, so i have to get geared up. hear that maxiezues? i'll call you about that.
anyway off matt and i went to the north end. la osteria (sp?). it was yummy and romantic. i got chicken caccitore, he got veal marsala. of course we got a carafe of house wine, and it was so nice. we got their early enough, 6:30p, so there wasn't too much of a line. last time we went on our third date, we waited in line for 2 hours. since it was our third date, we were both too shy to say we should leave. anyway, i got a HUGE buzz, b/c i hadn't eaten all day. i was very silly. then we went to cafe pompei to have a chocolate cannoli and a glass of wine. delicious! i really was in heaven. it was only 9:00 when we were finished but we grabbed a bottle of wine, went home and then...well.. use your imagination!
so it was a successful anniversary/valentines day nite. wed he is playing poker, so i will be sitting at home. i should go out w/ a single friend. shoot, i don't really have any. i hate that. i miss having single friends. shit, i miss being single!
sun i did laundry,errands and stuff. not too exciting. i did however finally get tickets to the guitar exhibit at the MFA for Sun @ 4:00. i am very excited about that!
