100 Things about a boy named John
1. I’m a perfectionist in many things
2. I find this to be a negative quality most times
3. Without this though I wouldn’t be as successuful as I am
4. I’m closer to my friends than my sister, my mom doesn’t like this fact
5. I have not had a surgery or broken bone in my life, yet
6. I’m right handed
7. But I wear my watch on my right hand though, and would naturally box in a “southpaw” or left handed stance
8. I like milk chocolate (snickers, hershey’s bar, milky way, chocolate chip cookies)
9. I dislike chocolate milk……... and brownies, chocolate cake, chocolate ice cream
10. Since sophomore year in high school (8 years ago), I’ve only shed a sad tear once, a angry tear once, and a laughing tear too many times to count
11. I love scary movies
12. I have only being truly scared or freaked out by two movies since I was a kid, The Ring and Blair Witch (although the first half of house on haunted hill was scary)
13. I hated running, up until before my senior year in college when I had an internship in Nebraska
14. I can now run over 5 miles in about 50 minutes and still live to tell about it
15. When I’m older, I’m probably going to need knee and possibly lower back surgery, damn you tennis and running
16. I am a sports freak, that somehow remembers useless facts, and watches almost any type of sport
17. Music is my muse
18. I have over 66 GB of music stored in all sorts of places
19. I have probably only listened to only 3/4 of that 66
20. My new’s year resolution every year since sometime in high school has been to get a six pack
21. I’m 0 for 8 so far, the closest I got was 4 and the sides, and this year isn’t looking great
22. When I live by myself, I walk around in my boxers, sleep shorts or boxer briefs, only
23. I eat the most chicken and some form of pasta than anyone I know
24. I think I have a tapeworm in my stomach that eats it all up for me :o)
25. I have only had a broken heart once
26. I lost 5 lbs. in a week because of it
27. I have only had 3 relationships, all over 10 months, the longest at 3 years
28. Every one of them was a year younger than me
29. I have never dated someone I pursued, it’s only been those that went after me
30. I have driven in 23 of the 50 states in the US
31. I don’t know how many girls I have made cry, is that a bad thing? I never meant to, i don't think
32. I never read a single book outside of school work until the end of my fish year at A&M
33. I don’t know how many I have read since then, but 25 of them are by james patterson
34. I used to be ticklish
35. Somehow I trained myself not to be (maybe I thought it could be used against me if I was a spy)
36. I believe I have a guardian angel
37. Someone’s doubt in that played a part in that angry cry
38. I don’t drink or smoke
39. I only tasted alcohol twice, once I accidentally picked up my dad’s beer when I was four and a friend’s dad let us taste some whiskey or brandy (can’t remember) when I was 11 or 12
40. I have been proposed to twice
41. both by the same person, she was intoxicated both times, ha ha ha
42. I have collapsed twice on a tennis court (leg cramps) and threw up 3 times (exhaustion)
43. If I don’t look in your eyes when I’m talking to you, I’m thinking not lying, there is difference
44. I have slept with more girls than I have “slept” with
45. I am a pro wrestling fan
46. I almost broke one of my beds as a kid doing a wrestling move
47. I prefer cold over hot; you can always put more on than take off, but I don’t mind the taking off (wink wink)
48. I get attached to people easily, friends and especially girlfriends
49. I can control my emotions more than almost anyone I know
50. If I do have emotion in something, I will show it profusely
51. Frustration and anger are my weakness
52. Most have not seen me truly angry
53. I think people are first attracted to my smile
54. Most don’t realize it’s a somewhat crooked smile
55. My junior and senior year in high school, my cat slept in my bed almost every night, He would wake me up at 5:30 am everyday to take him out, then I'd go back to sleep
56. I think too much, way too much, and get my best ideas in the shower or right before I go to sleep, my mind is clear during those times
57. I have not yet received my first communion
58. I go to church almost every week, unless traveling for the job
59. I like to be alone and am very independent
60. I like to have a warm body next to me when i sleep
61. I thought I would get married at a young age
62. I’m not sure anymore
63. I learn a lot from other people’s mistakes
64. I grew up way too fast
65. Some think I give people too many chances
66. I can hold a huge grudge
67. I am quite forgiving
68. But I NEVER forget
69. I trust people first, instead of them earning it
70. If people lose my trust, it is very hard to get it back

74. I don’t drink coffee, and only sodas once in a long while

76. Up until age 12-13 I used to get horrible migraines about 3 times a year

79. I can cook relatively well…… from scratch……… mostly chicken

86. A pet peeve of mine is others changing who they are to fit in

89. I haven’t been that close to death, except for an almost car flipping over while i was driving, not my fault
90. I adjust to almost everything in my life
91. I graduated # 1 in my high school class

94. I think my life does have a soundtrack to it, but it constantly changes

97. I don’t think anyone could actually be as happy as I seem, including myself (this isn't been fake, its trying to make the best out of every situation and having a good attitude about it)

99. I want to write an autobiography someday, also a novel and a script for a movie
100. One of my greatest fears is not dying, but rather dying without letting the people I cared about know how much they meant to me
