(no subject)
Well, as I am sure you all have more then likely heard- Vincent is here now!
He was born at 1:38pm on Sunday August 14th 2005, weighing 6lbs 5oz, 20 inches tall. He has a full head of black/dark brown hair and his eyes are also very dark- probably going to be either brown or dark blue (won't know the true eye color for another 6 weeks due to development at birth). The only sad thing about this was that Tony didn't make it out here in time, Vincent was in a hurry to come out. So Tony is rather upset about that- but none the less, he is overly happy that he has his baby boy now.
I am sorry for those of you how had to hear the news "through the grapevine" but as I hope you all can expect and assume, my hands are very busy now. The actual birth only lasted 15 minutes in total, which is rather quick for a first time mother- that's what the doctors said. I was also voted the loudest person on the birthing floor for that day- kind of hurt, what did you expect for me to do, NOT scream? HA! Anyways, I am doing rather fine myself- had to get a few stitches though because of his head was a little too large, and also how the angle he was in didn't help much. If you all would like to see Vincent, feel free to give me a call on either my house phone or cell phone-that way I can discuss when you can visit him with you- not allowed to have big crowds of people around him for a month because of germs, and still developing/adjusting to life outside of the womb.

I will be posting more pictures later on this week when I get a chance to. I am hoping to get some of the better ones that I took of Vincent with his Daddy onto the computer so everyone can see the resemblance between the two of them- it's unbelievable!
