Looking for a Fic
OMG I've been looking around the interwebs for this one fic... I'm pretty sure it's Albus/Scorpius. It has to do with redwood trees and some form of ritual (some sort of faerie or otherworldly creature tries to take one of the boys close to the end) and it takes place primarily in America. Albus has fled to America for some reason and no one's seen him for, like, forever, but the Scorpius stumbles upon him when forced to go to America for a mission. Yeah. I think it's something about investigating the property of the redwood's cones or something. There's some sort of American agency which Albus works for, and he grudgingly "hosts" Scorp when he comes to America. It's a long fic... Ugh, and I would think it was just my imagination, but I remember that day as the day I had to sit in the DMV for HOURS and still didn't get called up, and my travelling companion got really pissed... yeah.
