Thank you for the info. I know about the letter Dimitris sent out, but I also had spoken to Kat by phone earlier the same day that letter was sent (unbeknownst to either of us at the time) and she, with some gentle coaxing, said virtually the same things his letter said. However, when I went more in depth she counterstated what she had previously said, downplaying it considerably. What really bothered Me was the tone of her voice. The wonderful thing about Kat is that she has a spark, a twinkle, a gleam that makes everyone who comes in contact fall in love with her in one way or another. People love Kat and want to spend time with her, period. But when I spoke to her that day she sounded like an entirely different person. I've only heard that new tone a couple times before, but it was in.. people who have fallen into situations such as what the letter- and her first call- suggested. I do know that she wouldn't let anyone hurt her to a point where her life is questioned, so I know she will survive; but I'm concerned for the damage a potential situation like that could cause. In the past I had talked to her about travelling from here in Netherlands to spend a few days in Greece and have her be My tour guide, and for a very long time we spoke by phone nearly every single day. Now it's been going on two months since we've spoke and I've all but given up hope of talking to her. Just as many of her friends though, I would do anything to help her if I could (and Kat, if you're listening, you know that; it's been proven). If you get any updates, please write to Me; either through here or My own journal (more of a small thing about myself rather than a post-board for friends), just to let Me know she's ok.
