Sup my peeps!?

K, so I'm back on the net sampling one Wal-Mart.com, MUCH better than that blasted PeoplePC which SUCKS, don't EVER get that one! Don't know if I'll keep it or not, but for now it looks good. NEW AIM: ybfrazzled Original, don't ya think? Well... Where to begin...
I've been struggling with some things here lately and I haven't been to any of my meetings recently so as you may have guessed, they do me little good if I don't attend. I'd like to say I've been busy, but lazy just seems to fit better. The things happening with this hurricane Katrina have been devastating not only for the families that lived in the areas hit, but for me and other TN residents as well. While the storm didn't hit us physically the day it happened, it's hitting us now financially. TN is one of the poorest states in the U.S. and here we are taking on thousands and Katrina "victims." TennCare (our government funded health insurance) has dropped many of us and most of the rest have lost our prescription coverage, yet charitably we have given ALL of the Katrina "victims" FULL FREE coverage. The Departments of Human Services have been flooded by such "victims" and they are being provided with FoodStamps and other such gov't. funded items while my mom is struggling to get them. FEMA and other similar organizations have handed out debit cards worth as much as $2,000.00 to help these non-TN residents get back on their feet. Now, please, by no means get me wrong, I'm all for helping out those in need and I feel badly for the things these people have suffered, but my point is a rational one: Why help outsiders when our own native Tennesseeans are in desperate need? Those whose homes burn to ashes, those whose children are killed in drive-bys, those whose own United States veterens live on the streets begging for change or those that aren't on the streets struggle to live what's left of their lives- these people should be our number one priority, but they aren't put on FoodStamps with gov't. condolences, they aren't given $2,000.00 and told "I hope everything works out for you." They are not automatically put on TennCare (even though they could be sick or dying) and patted on the back. The government doesn't help them find homes; a lady in Nashville who has three or four children, was living on the street, found solace in an organization known as Habitats for Humanity. They were building her and her children a customized home which she was helping to build. As they finished and she prepared to move her family in, she was informed that this home was no longer hers, it now belonged to a Louisiana family that lost their home in the hurricane. Nice, huh? Us, whose income is below $400.00/month TennCare has stopped paying for my prescriptions, namely my birth control. After having appealed and then calling them over and over, I wrote them a reasonably nasty letter requesting that they pay only for my birth control or they could, without a choice, pay for another pregnancy/infant, which would be by far much more expensive. Having my son costed them $2,000.00 and that's not adding the babies shots and Doctor's visits that they've already paid for. Silly gov't. Tricks are for kids, I don't play games. Now, on the... how shall we say? ...religious side? A few select cities do not end up underwater for no reason. Sodom & Gomorrah were turned to cinder for the sins of the two cities. The entire earth became an ocean because of the evil that dwelled there. Babylon fell... New Orleans was no stranger to such older sins as these places committed and in the midst of a great storm they took shelter in their own superdome (a giant bowl, so smart during a hurricane) so they could rape women and fight over food. Even then, in the hour of their need they behaved so poorly. They abandoned the elderly, some abandoned their children, one lady whose 5 day old baby was floating face down in the diseased water told the man trying to rescue it to go ahead and let it die because she could have another one later. So do I agree with the term "victims"? I'd better not answer. I haven't watched the news since I heard that because I became so overwhelmed with that and every other little thing I burst into tears on the phone with my poor mom in-law... This just in, my mom is now refusing to help us with our son because of ??? Hmmm... She's such a b***h sometimes. There was nothing said or done for her to go off and she just did a few minutes ago. If you think that helps whatever it is that I'm going through you'd be wrong. She adds to my depression, to my madness. It was NEVER my wish to move back in with my family. It's such a dysfunctional family as it is. My short hair is shabby and therefore too long, my skin is dry and I've been somewhat sick the past week. My mom in-law and I are trying to work out a way for us to make it up to Missouri to visit sometime in the next couple of months. We got most of our security deposit back so that is a BIG relief and hopefully that will be the money to get us three there and back. I SO NEED A VACATION!!! I've regressed back into my teenage couch potato form and even the drama from my current show of choice; Judging Amy, depresses me. I almost cried myself to sleep when her mom had a heart attack and everyone thought she was gonna die. A couple of newer shows have peeked my interest, the premieres of both I had to catch as much as I could of the shows through the endless and rather loud banter of family drama because the cable company wants $75.00 to attach a cable from the living room box to our T.V. and give us a remote. I'm half tempted to walk down the street a couple blocks to the cable provider and just ask for the dang cable and an extra remote. Stupid people and their stupid fees. Screw everyone demanding money! Bastard P's.o.S.!!! Well, better go deal with the Momma drama. God, she's something else sometimes.

well behaved women seldom make history.
