[And it's a little exciting, too, for someone who's used to seclusion. This city was full of horrible, ugly things, and even uglier people, but beneath the surface there was something worth paying attention to. It just took a little searching.]
[Hopefully they would find something worthwhile out here.]
[She pads over to Jennifer slowly when she sees her by the Door, not in any particular hurry, and her smile is ready by the time she gets there.]
Ah, there you are... Are we all ready? I'm certain we'll find something to keep our interest tonight.

Always something going on. Or someone doing something stupid we can laugh at.
[She clicks her tongue thrice against her teeth, like Dorothy clicking her heels and wishing for home. One, two, three... still bored.]
People are usually really boring. But you know what? I feel optimistic today. Something's in the air, Luci!

[But if they decided to be boring tonight, she and Jennifer would just have to convince them to behave otherwise.]
I quite agree! For the first time since coming here, perhaps, I do feel rather... optimistic, yes.
Now, do you think there's any particular place we could roam? I'm afraid I don't know the city streets as well as I could... I tend to stay out of them.

What?! You stay out of the city?
What do you do with your time? Just troll around all day?

Troll? Well, I'm not exactly sure what that is, but I do keep myself occupied. On the edges of the city, of course... I don't care much for the mundane rituals of urban life.
[She takes a few, deliberately dainty steps - idle steps, really, and glances down a street.]
The little Forge device is so useful for keeping up with things without being there, that I don't really see the point.

Anyway, being in the city isn't about keeping up. It's about life. And... people and shit.
