What: Just a little drinking and talking shop between two middle-aged friends.
Warnings: Idek. BOOOZE.
[Break chooses Duncan's Pub as the rendezvous location for himself and Oscar because... well. This is the bar he's been to most recently. He remembers how to get here and can give Oscar directions. (That are, perhaps, a tad confusing, because Break can't read any street signs. He knows his way around Anatole from six months of memorizing routes based on lefts and rights and how many paces between here and there and... you get the idea. But he got himself here and so, he's confident, can Oscar.)
Now he sits in a booth near the front door, where Oscar, Break estimates, can easily spot him. He nurses a pint of ale and waits, his arms draped over the table. His hands are almost completely engulfed by the long sleeves on his white overcoat, which is finally being used again now that the hot Anatolian summer is beginning to cool.
Break is not sure how this meeting is going to go. He doesn't know what the last thing Oscar remembers from their world, and Break has been doing some re-evaluating of his priorities after six months in Anatole. But he has always considered Oscar a good man, and even a friend. And right now Break could certainly use another friend more than he could another enemy.]
