What: Childabuse!Ciel needs a companion. Bitty!Riza seems like she may share more information than her full-grown counterpart. Sebastian tries to kill two birds with one stone... while serving tea.

[Sebastian remembers what his master was like shortly after their contract had been formed. The boy was deeply injured, and not just physically. One of the only remedies had been visits from his fiancée, Elizabeth. The girl's rampant optimism was annoying, but it was a decent combatant to Ciel's morose demeanour.
...Unfortunately, Lizzie was not readily available to them in Anatole.
Riza Hawkeye, on the other hand, was not only blond like Elizabeth, but about her age, as well. Her personality didn't quite match, but she had to be better than nothing. Not to mention, Sebastian was interested enough in Riza to want to see more of her child counterpart. It made sense, to ask her to tea in an attempt to cheer up his master. It was just a bonus that Sebastian would be able to observe the two of them as a result. Also, Ciel could stand to make more contacts in the city, regardless of his age.
He has set the table in the dining room with the best china they have - second-hand, unfortunately, as their funds in Anatole are limited. Still, the tea, a mild black one, is one of Anatole's finest, and Sebastian has not skimped on the accompanying desserts: cake, tarts, a fruit cobbler, and petits fours are just a few of the delectable treats he's set out.]
