He's slept for about eight hours total in the past three or four days, and it's evident in the fact that he's actually lost count. Heine isn't much for personal health, but this is pushing even his standards. Seeing clearly is getting more and more difficult, which he'll take as a bad sign.
Without paying much attention to where he's going, he finally leaves his room in the afternoon with the intent of either getting something to eat or just get outside.
