[She advances, closing the distance between them, reducing it to a fraction of what it had been a moment ago. The smile that curls on her lips is hungry, mean, out of place and undeniable and she leans toward him.]

Not today, Gin.

[Her movements were so quick, so unhesitant, it forced Gin's eyes open, revealing just a sliver of blue.]

Ya so sure about that?

[He remains motionless save for the hand that slides down the front of that white rob, noticeably stopping just above Shinso's hilt.]

'Cause that would mean you've chosen today to die.

[She leans away from him, crossing her arms, but makes no other move to back down. And the smile remains, twisted and accusing, daring him to draw his sword on her.]

[She's called his bluff. Gin draws his wakizashi and points it at her, though at a spot where he knows it wouldn't hit anything vital.]
