[anatole, thus far, is many things: strange! concerning! confusing. and familiar. so navigating the community block to find selim is, surprisingly, easy. admittedly, not wasting his time to think about the place helps, too, but he does play conversations selim has with the others. (the most confusing background noise ever.) they all say the same, and he isn't sure what to make of it. it could be a joke. or a dream. or completely real. because quatre has the distinct feeling it is and that he's been through these emotions and thought processes before.
still, it doesn't get as much thought as it would if a boy weren't lost and lonely - a boy he's been told to not trust, too! which he is unsure what to make of, too, but is ignoring for the moment.]

[quatre smiles to hide his worry. waking up in a strange place is nervewracking enough, but a lost boy without his parents - his, clearly, very important parents - in the same confusing circumstances is like icing on the what the hell cake.]
