Hmmm, well, I haven't been out and about as much as I ought, I'm ashamed to say. But for proper planmaking, indoors and reasonably secluded comes to mind. [He wrestles a bit with a map he has somehow managed to lay his hands on.] Perhaps the commercial district has some suitable nook where shady people can hide themselves away?
