[Lia is looking much better today. Dressed in a tunic and leggings, hair pulled back, and not appearing as though all the life has been drained out of her.]
I would like to extend an invitation to all the women who do not know how to handle a blade...all the children as well. I would very much enjoy teaching you how to handle a sword or daggers...and how to play to your strengths.
A hardened soldier...a male soldier is usually quite capable of overpowering you if you are reliant upon brawn alone and if God has not given you abnormal physical strength. Nothing would please me more than to assist others in learning what I was fortunate enough be taught in my home.
[She smiles, but dips her head in polite humility.]
Men are welcome too, of course. Or if you simply wish to spar with me, I would be pleased by the opportunity. You need only contact me at your leisure.
I also would enjoy teaching embroidery or fine sewing, should anyone have a desire to learn to mend or decorate. Free of charge, of course.
[She gives another nod before switching off the feed.]
May I give your name for reference if one is requested? You are also free to come for tea any time...do not feel obligated to continue learning the Psalms if they do not suit you, monsieur.
I have been feeling ill, as of late. I wonder if you might know something for nausea that is available here.
