They are something like a crossbow, only made entirely of metal and instead of shooting an arrow they shoot a small metal projectile. They're also much more powerful than a bow and arrows.

Yes, with enough ammunition and the right size gun.

Well, I have one big gun and plenty of rounds for it. It might work. I wish we had a few more snipers, but Snake-Eyes and I will have to try to have that covered.
