So do lighthouses often random appear and light up on their own, or is this something new?

I tried to gather information from it, but it didn't seem to yield much. Which does lend to the whole new idea.

At least whatever this is a sign of, it'll probably help things be less boring.

Which is always a plus if you ask me.

I suppose that's one theory on why it suddenly turned on.

I have more, but they're kind of a buzzkill. Or maybe a killkill. The last time the water got wacky around here?

I'll give you three guesses.

Water turned into blood?

Poisoned maybe?

Or perhaps it just changed how people acted? Made them act out of characterly?

Nope!

N--actually, yes, but I wasn't even thinking about that. Ha. Like, literally with the non-think, because I'm pretty sure some of my memories of it are missing.

Nope again.

Giant. Squid.

For real. It was like, giant. And grrr with the angry tentacles.

How did you get rid of it?

Whips, axes, spells, swords, lather rinse repeat until achy muscles and hulksmashed buildings.

But it was definitely not boring.

It sounds like the very definition of not boring, if you ask me.
