[The crackle of static.
Then the sound of someone picking up their Forge device.
Then a pause, and someone clearing their throat.
At last Simon speaks.]
Er. This is my first voice post. I haven't introduced myself properly, either. My name is Simon Tam, and until very recently, I was a doctor on a spaceship called Serenity. Firefly class, if that means anything to you, which it probably doesn't.
[Simon sighs.]
But I appear to be far away from all that. I've been told that I can't leave this place- Anatole. I'm still willing to try. If anyone else is crazy enough to assist me, I would be willing to trade my medical expertise for information. I've posted a flyer on a board in the city offering the same thing.
