Lumos! [Hermione didn't hear him, otherwise she would have answered. Though it seems her first spell did the trick. Whatever it is, it isn't moving.]

Only for a few minutes. Your forge switched on as you were casting.

For me. I was rather cross on my first introduction to forges.

No, I don't think so. But... I know you can handle yourself, but, as ever, you don't have to by yourself if you don't wish it. Sometimes it's nice just to have someone to hold the lamp.
