[The image is dark for a while, the sound of footsteps in an enclosed area audible. After a few moments, the picture brightens, though one small corner is still dark, and every now and then, something blue and trimmed in grey flashes by the screen. What else can be seen is the back corner near the Outlander Community Block, a faint mist from the very edge of the Hunting Grounds swirling in the air.]
[His voice takes on a faraway note, running flatter and colder than normal, pushing back the present to sink into the past as the image turns toward the Grounds. From within the mist, the approaching forms of elves can be seen, shadows looming as a wave of reinforcements show themselves.]
Blast them with artillery, corner them, surround them, burn them, shoot any survivors... but they shrug off the bullets, so we'll skip to the burning.
[One hand -the right- extends out into the view of the Forge, the red sigil against the white of his glove visible for only a second. What is done is obscured from view, but the snapping is loud, like a sharp click... and then the entire area in the mist erupts in flames, the sounds of the explosion causing the mic on the Forge to crackle. The shrieks and screams are short-lived, a second snap aimed toward the edges of the original blast drowning them out by creating another cacophony of sounds as beast and elf are incinerated where they stand.]
[Those who burst through the flames in a charge are treated to a double shot, one blast from each hand, the first aimed at their heads, the second aimed lower, and the response is much like stepping on a land mine as the burning bodies are sent flying with the force of the blast, their shrieks of pain eerily shrill, carried on the mist.]
