[It's a kitchen. One might recognize it as the same kitchen Yachiru covered in paper flowers some time ago. And those well enough acquainted with Byakuya will certainly recognize it as belonging to the suite of rooms in which the shinigami captain lives. Although it does look like he's turned his back on it for a little too long, now.
On the counter, there are banana peels and some mashed banana goo, along with a dusting of white cake flour or sugar all over the counter tops. There is a large bowl full of a lumpy pinkish yellow batter, half spilled onto the stove and - who knows how - splashed onto the ceiling. There is really no more apt phrase to describe the place at this moment than as a 'disaster area.'
There is a rattling sound. The oven door, below the Forge's line of sight, is opened. A tall wooden spoon dances like a puppet who's puppeteer can't be seen down by the oven door. A moment later, on heavily oven-mitted hands, a misshapen cake is placed on the counter. A moment later, a pink-haired head appears over the strange cake, smiling and covered in batter and bananas and pink icing which doesn't seem to have made it's mark on the counter top yet.]
I made a cake!
[Clearly she's proud of this culinary monstrosity.]
It's for everybody who was the wrong age but who's back to normal now!
[Because seriously, she's had enough of that crap.]
It's a welcome back cake! I'm gonna cover it in pink icing and candy! It's gonna be really pretty and it'll have a bunny on it!
[She produces an overly large bowl full of the aforementioned pink icing out of nowhere and starts her work. As she pulls the spatula from the bowl, she manages to fling a splatter of icing across the kitchen. It's hard to tell whether it was an accident or if she's trying to decorate the kitchen in mess. She grins and starts laying far too much icing on her weird shaped cake.]
I'll share with anybody who's not still a kid! It's a really good cake!
[To prove it she takes a bite right out of the side before continuing to spread the icing.]
