...That's not a very nice thing to say about someone. [The smile fades a little, a bit of a frown creeping onto it. He doesn't like it, the thought that someone would be branded as such for something about them they had no control over.
He pauses a moment, regarding the screen, but then he nods.]
[He happens to be currently oblivious to that particular trainwreck at the moment, so Kaien moves on when there seems to be no response to his comment about his captain. And then shrugs.]

I've never seen anyone with red eyes before I came here, though. They're very distinctive!

The other dimensions are really only common knowledge in one of them, anyway. Most humans have never heard of the Soul Society.
