It is difficult not to have seen it. They've been diligent in spreading that information, it seems.

...I've heard the Twins to be equated to something of this city's overseers.

Hmmm...No one's been talking about it though, so I was wondering if it was normal.

Overseers? Like, they're running this place?

I haven't been here long enough to say, but I imagine that such disapproval of those of us brought here haven't been so secretive that this might not be such a surprise.

Supposed rulers of the city. The information mentioned did not go into great depth.

I've been here...69 days, but I've never heard of a gathering like this. Maybe it's because of that huge attack on the city.

Rulers, huh? I wonder what they think of all this.

The Natives have never liked us very much. It isn't the first time they've made it known.

Well, I could tell some of them didn't like us, but I didn't think it'd turn into something big like a rally. I wonder why they haven't attacked the community block yet...

They probably want us to attack first, so they can call it self-defense. They want us to be the horrible people.

Hmmm, that makes sense. Though, after that huge attack...I'm not surprised they think the Scorched are horrible. [He did something pretty bad during it too, anyways.]

I'll be fine. It's better if I go now before the whole meeting gathers. You haven't been here for too long, so I doubt anyone will notice you're Scorched.

But what about you? They know, I'm not going to have you go off alone, Roxas.

[Roxas just sighs behind the Forge before he changes the feed to audio. He really needs to explain himself.]

Look, Tsuna, I know you don't remember, but the people are probably having this gathering because of an attack that happened on the city not that long ago. During it...I accidentally did something bad. Really bad, and there's someone who saw me do it. If they're doing a hunt for Scorched who've hurt Anatole's people, I need to be alone for a little while. Just to hide.

A real pain. But it doesn't seem like we can do much until the meeting happens.

The hell's their damn problem with us anyway? T'ain't like we asked to come here.

[A scoff, and a bit of a smirk, which he's thankful is hidden by the lack of running video. Why hate the Scorched? Why not? He himself rather earned it by, you know, eating Natives after his little date with Bella.

Well, whatever. They can rally n'stamp their feet all they want. I doubt it'll change nothin'.

[And he's spliced a woman into different monsters, except he's not too proud of it. Fun times with the guilt tripping.]

If something comes out of the meeting, I think your protection charms might be really useful.

I'm hoping that nothing does come out of the meeting - but you're right. I should probably get to work on those.

[ She might try and slip down to the meeting too. She's still new, maybe they won't notice. ]

That's a good plan. There's not much we can do until the meeting actually goes through. Wish I had magic like yours though-- mine's mostly just for attacking.
