Day 277: ~ Nightmares ~

[The video feed clicks on as Roxas hurls the Forge at a nearby wall, and it clatters to the ground as he stumbles backwards into some crates stacked up in the alleyway. It was probably an attempt to get the device as far away as he can, but the Forge lands at just the right angle to film Roxas as his knees hit the ground. There's some groans of

[He would rather curl up and hide somewhere than let Tsuna see him at his worse, so when his feed clicks on again, it's only audio.]

...Yeah. All the time. [It's hard to admit when the only person who might understand is in a completely different and just tried to destroy him in his dream.] I don't know why they're like that.

[Audio]

...It's hard.

[There's a pause of silence before Roxas chuckles to himself, but it's a morbid sound.]

It's funny though...Most of the time I can't hear what's going on and everything moves slowly. This time was--...Heh, I wonder why...

"Sora"...That's his name, huh? [His voice sounds distance as he mutters to himself.]

No...I don't. Never met him.

[He sighs and the wood of one of the crates creaks under his weight.]

He always appears in my dreams though, but I don't know why. Sometimes...I even see him while I'm awake.

[Audio]

[There's another pause because this is not the type of question he wants to get into.]

Not really...They're for something different, but they're not completely unrelated. He used to fight them too.

Kind of, yeah...But I don't know if talking about it later will do any good.

Maybe, I don't know.

I've never...really had the chance to talk about my dreams before, and there's a lot of things I don't get about them.

...Whatever will make you worry less.

[It sort of hits him with the offer that maybe...all this wasn't a good idea. It seemed like everything he did recently made Tsuna worry, and if he couldn't prevent that, did that mean he wasn't a good friend? The line was not always so clear and not just for that, but a lot of other things too. Even if they continued to talk, how much would he have to keep from his friend? Maybe Nobodies really weren't meant to interact with people.]

Sorry, maybe we should stop talking about it.

...I'm not sure. I don't know what to say about it anymore. It's not like I can stop them from happening, anyways.
