[ There is silence but for the sound of gloved fingers occasionally brushing the buttons of the Forge. It's almost as if Kunsel is tentatively debating shutting the device off, but he doesn't. ]
It's hard to believe that so much has happened over the course of the last six months and thirteen days. I've made some good friends, some unlikely friends, found myself involved in conflicts I would have never foreseen before coming here, and I've done things to earn myself community service.
You might say it's been well balanced...the fun times, the not-so-fun times. But it doesn't feel balanced. In fact, it feels off.
Or maybe it's just me.
[ More silence. ]
Haven't heard from Sephiroth lately.
[ A long, drawn out sigh that the Forge nearly doesn't pick up. When he speaks again, it's more to himself. ]
I wonder what a guy's supposed to do when his usual hangouts bring back bad memories? Where's he supposed to go? I need...to get my mind off things.

Kadaj, I've got a bone to pick with you. We can do this one of two ways.
The first way entails you cooperating and us sorting the issue out here. Nobody gets hurt, we move along nice and easy, and in a timely fashion to boot. As an added bonus, neither of us has to look at the other. What more could you ask for?
The second way is a bit messier. If you make me come and find you to get the answers that I want, then I will. And if I have to pry them out of you, one way or another I'll do that, too.
So, we clear? On the same page? You understand?
