Well, sometimes the police can't act unless a crime has already happened. But if someone is suspecting a crime may occur, they can contact us and we'll monitor it!

It doesn't have to be crimes in question, either. Sometimes people just want a bit more... security, you know?

[He's really not sure if she understands this at all, and of course the notion that an operation so obviously ridiculous could provide anyone with a measure of added security is absurd... which is exactly what he's aiming for.]
