The Patrol has always been so loosely put together. I don't really mind loose things, but after Isley-- well after what happened to the Headquarters, I guess I started to think about all the holes and bits of chaos that kind of system has left.

...to be honest, it's a little weird, thinking of it that way. Even if it's mostly true! But... it's good, right? There aren't any guarantees, here.
