[The video pops on as it hits the floor, showing a rather disheveled Merlin peeking over the side of the bed. He looks around him, mouth slightly agape in confusion.]

I did not fall asleep.

[He seems rather insistent on this, despite the fact that he's wearing a sleeping shirt and has actually done nothing but sleep for the past day or so, ever

[He sounds surprised that he was even asked.]

Oh no. There's no events that I'd be any good at. I'm more of a spectator.

I'm sure that's not true. I'm sure you could enter one of the events!

I want to enter the melee.

[pratservant]

Trust me, by the time it's over I'm sure I'll feel like I was in one.

Are you sure you want to enter something like that? It can get rather rough.

Yeah! Can't let the boys have all the fun.

[pratservant]

Getting ready for a tournament's hard work. And there aren't nearly as many servants here.

[He can't help a laugh at that. It's so...her]

I'll be expecting you to win, then.

[breakspromises]

Do you...want some help?

[She so doesn't like that Merlin is treated like a servant. Especially with no pay.]

Heh, I hope I win as well.

[pratservant]

Are you offering?

[Because as the time draws nearer, he might just have to rely on it.]

Sure. You shouldn't have to do it all by yourself.

[She is more then happy to help Merlin. She can't resist those ears.]

To tell you the truth? It's actually kind of fun. There's nothing like the feeling in the air on the days of a tournament, knowing that you're a part of that.

[He's amused though.]
