This is unusual.
[For a brief moment, the text becomes video. A dark-rimmed eye stares down at the Forge before it finally switches back to text.]
I'm completely unfamiliar with this communication device. That paired with the fact that I shouldn't be where I am in the state that I am leads me to believe that either this is death or I'm simply no longer in the world that I know. Either way, any information that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Of course, there is a good chance that you're not even able to understand what I'm writing. For a single species, humans have as many different written languages as spoken ones. Just look at the differences in numbers alone -- Japanese kanji varies greatly from roman numerals.
