What manner of studies do you seek for him?

The standard curriculum. Arithmetic, sciences... ah, perhaps literature and history would be rather depend on the tutor's world of origin, of course.

He is thirteen years old, but rather... precocious. To give you an idea of his current academic standing.

What world of origin would be preferred?

[A less invasive way of asking his charge's origin.]

We come from a world called Earth, in the country of Great Britain.

[Sebastian sounds British enough himself, although perhaps just a tad archaic.]

You would think of allowing him into a school with the [distaste!] ...native [brats] children?

I'm merely attempting to consider all my options. My master's well-being is my top priority.

[A pause.] Is there something you find unsavoury about the native children?

[There's something off about this one. He's not quite sure what.] Yes, I suppose that might be best. Are there schools for Scorched children? I'm not familiar with any.

I believe you'll have to educate him yourself with supplemental lectures from other sources. [Trust him. He's done this before. Sort of.]

For several years. He had outside information as well, but since you don't have much choice as far as finding a qualified tutor...

Children are versatile. I doubt you'll do him a disservice.

It is not a matter of "can't" so much as "won't." He believes himself to be quite knowledgeable about the world at large already.
