Something like that it seems. I've never handled it too roughly so I'm not sure why it has been malfunctioning.

Right, well, could just be an issue with how it was put together. Not sure who makes these things, but some of them tend to just be crap.

If that's all it is, it won't be hard to fix.

I'm usually there afternoons til pretty late, in the security room on the third floor. If not there then I'd be one floor down in 4. You can just drop in any time then.
