[ Static in the beginning. ]
I seem to have missed a lot while I was...unavailable. [ Unless you press him, he's going to avoid saying anything about his absence. ] Something about dolls and items going missing, was it? None of my belongings have gone missing, thankfully. I hope everyone can get their things back

Should I expect something's wrong?

That's good to hear.

Don't give me that, Allen. [He knows him better than that and while he's still got a bit of the Komui-cheer in his voice, there's a seriousness to it as well.]
You've been missing for a while. What were you doing?

Give you what, Komui-san? [ Innocence colouring his voice. ]
I...
[ Pauses, gaze flickering around the room to his hands, Timcampi--anything but the communicator. ]
Exploring the place. Getting better acquainted. [ He knows he paused too long. Prepares himself for the onslaught of questions. ]
And yet I still missed the dolls.

[Sigh. Such reckless kids.]
Did you find out anything of importance?

Withou-ah, I thought I…
It slipped my mind.
[ The sigh makes him bite the inside of his lip. ]
Not much. Only that what is said about the Mist is true. However, I missed the entire happenings with the thieving dolls because of that.

You can't go off on your own, Allen. Not without knowing more about this place.
[The dolls thing has been going for a while...]
What happened?

That was my intention--to find out more about this place.
[ Looks as if he shouldn't have mentioned it. Come to think of it, it has been a long time. He realizes he can't stall anymore. ]
...don't tell Lenalee. I would rather that she not worry. [ Makes sure private function securely on. ] You do have a right to know, I suppose.
I had not gotten far into the Mist. At least, it did not feel very far. But I ran into the area where your memories of people start to...become reality. The people become tangible, almost living.
[ Fingers run slowly down the side of the Forge. His voice is more flat than usual. ]
At least it had been a pleasant memory.
I met Mana.
His eyes were the wrong colour, but aside from that he was just like how I remembered him. Perhaps several hours passed before I came back, maybe it was a day or two. I can't recall very well because...I got sick after that. [ Sheepish tone of voice that reflects his usual offhanded manner ( ... )

Mana?
So the illusions are real... [He trails off. This Mist is growing to be more of a concern than the fact that they're stuck here.]
You fell ill, Allen? Lenalee will find out about that even if I don't tell her. I suppose you're feeling more like yourself now?

I doubt it was related...the previous week before I went exploring the Mists was a tiring one--that was probably the cause. [ He mentally winces, knowing that Komui's right about Lenalee finding out. ] I'm fine now. [ And he wasn't covering anything up. Really. ]

You, Lenalee and I should get together. [It's not a check-up, honestly.]

We ought to. Since coming here…we haven’t met together yet. [ He hopes not. ]
[ ooc: We’ve already agreed on a log. Just…when? X) I can’t do it this weekend, but during the week, I’m mostly free. ]

We should work out a place, then. You've been here longer. Is there a good place around here to eat?
[ooc: whenever! just let me know when you're ready!]
