[OPEN] Arthur's birthday party!
Who: Everyone! Newly arrived characters are welcome to have found one of the invitations and come check it out! Tag yourselves in, mingle, form new CR and strengthen the old.

Where: Second floor Ballroom of the Patrol Headquarters

What: Arthur's birthday party is a little late, but at least he's alive to enjoy it. Long Live the King, baby.

It might not have been a million handmade invitations that Yachiru sent out across the city, but it probably came close. The ballroom itself was slightly more sophisticated, decorated in Pendragon red and gold. If you listen carefully, you can probably hear the ghosts of Priscilla's and Merlin's chatter as they spent the better part of the day decorating it. If that's not magical enough for you, Tonks probably has a trick or two up her sleeve.
There's the usual table for gifts and a buffet spread that now includes four different kinds of olives. At the center of the table is a large chocolate cake courtesy of Lelouch - real men do bake cakes.
Notably, there's no rabbit on the menu. Or duck. But there are two live ones waddling around with little signs around their necks - Follow me to the party. Not enchanted. Just well trained.
