Notes: Written for alienashi (♥) over at fic_the_faith 2014; originally posted here. This AU was inspired by the fact that nakame were begging for it:
Kamenashi: To use how our characters are completely different, I think it would be interesting to act opposite each other in a drama. Like a police one, we could both do investigations, all “I do this” - “Why are you doing this!”
Nakamaru: I see, even though we're opposites, we successfully become one and solve the cases, like that? That sounds interesting, I want it to come true!
Summary: Nakamaru is a small town police officer who transfers to a branch in the city in hopes of making a real difference. He’s partnered to a senior officer whose methods fall outside the law and eventually, Nakamaru finds himself playing the good cop to Kamenashi’s bad cop. He’s determined to make their partnership work, if only to save Kamenashi from himself.
