Actually I have huge trouble with What Makes You Beautiful, because it is super catchy and makes me want to DANCE FOREVER, but it also has desperately misogynistic undertones. Also, I talk to the television advertisements like they're people. What you gonna do.

I get weirdly emotional (happy feelings and faith that maybe there's something good in the world) when someone in the public eye comes out or says that they support gay marriage.

I was pretty impressed that our vice-president just randomly decided to do that! And on the radio when the inevitable 'but children need two parents (implication: of different gender)' argument came up, the presenter said, "Well, maybe instead of opposing gay marriage you should work to ban divorce and single parents.' LOL.
