I FINISHED it. Because I fucking RULE AT LIFE and my flist are vile enablers.
And now: beta time.
This fic is due in quite a short time - the day after my birthday. That's just over a week. The last time I posted a beta-call, quite a few people offered; but they were conscientious and took their time, or didn't get back to me at all. I get that people just want to read my stuff or whatever, and it's flattering (if WEIRD), but what I need right now is:
someone who'll read this, do the bare minimum of beta work and turn it around fast. Like, within a day, or two, max. As usual for my stories, it's all over the place and the end is a clusterfuck of awful. (I'm noted for it.)
I want to get this baby on the road by Thursday at the latest. If you have a RL window of a few hours, and would be willing to waste it so, please offer now. If you just want to read the stupid thing, you can wait another few weeks, or (if it's deemed unworthy by the mods - I never reported that they said they'd consider it because of my tenure but would prefer it to conform more fully to the guidelines, did I?) days.
