Oh, Original fic is not an option? Then HP, Draco/Ron i think because it's supposedly no longer a rarepairing but i'm afraid there's not going to be enough to be recced despite popular support.

My studies are awesomely crap right now, but I don't feel justified spending all my time on lj because of that, as it would really mean I'd given up all hope ...

Sirius/Severus... post-Marauders, but pre-James/Lily's death.
AU - Regulus is still alive but his loyalty to the Dark Lord is swaying. Severus knows this and goes to Grimmauld Place to assess his state of mind and finds him in the midst of an bitter shouting match with Sirius. How S/S get together - your choice - hot, rough smex always a plus, naturally, and even a plot would be good.

Hope you have a restful Christmas anyway, and why are you thinking of dropping out of med school?? uh, you don't really have to answer that if it's too personal or anything...

Agreed, he certainly would be quite a challenge!

It's not personal at all, really. :D I got into med school too easily, on a whim almost, because of the way the system is here (get the right number of marks in your school exams and you're in). The fact is, I don't really want to be a doctor. And it's starting to hit home. Oh, well. :(
