So I wasn't going to update tonight, but Nikki's away message made me think and made a lot of sense.
A hockey player's understanding of Figure Skating:
'damn that sucks...i hate it when people watch me wipe out when i attempt an easy double axle triple twist toe pick drag mcdonalds shake burger king fries olly followed by a triple lutz'
A Figure Skater's View:
From the moment she steps on the ice, from the moment she feels the wind on her face, she is in a place where nothing on earth could reach her. A place where the rink has no end, where her blades barely touch the ice, where there is no limits, A place where she is untouchable, without anyone to judge. Where nobody asks her why she still does this.
