So, this week is White Ribbon Against Pornography Week. I'll encourage you all to to look at lots of pornography and masterbate furiously to make up for the loss to the industry. ^_^
And while you're doing all of this wanking, you can check out Pandora. It's basically a player like any internet radio station, except that is played through a flash player in your browser. The big difference is that you type in the name of an artist, and songs are randomly selected that are similar. So for example I typed in Curtis Mayfield, and listened to songs from him, Marvin Gaye, and similar artists. There is something with a rating system for the songs, but I haven't quite figured that out yet. The basic idea is that you might discover a new artist whose music you really like. :)
You do need to register if you want to listen for more than a half dozen or so songs, but the registration is free as long as you're willing to lie and say you're a resident of the United States.
